SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program
These terms apply to ComplexTech Dialtone Messaging (the "Program"), operated by ComplexTech, LLC, 726 US Route 202 S, Suite 320-175, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Through the Program, Dialtone, the personal assistant of Eugene Tawiah, sends and receives SMS and MMS messages from (908) 332-9605 with friends, family members, and personal contacts who have agreed to receive them.
2. Message types
- Personal and family notifications sent on behalf of Eugene Tawiah (for example, schedule updates, reminders, arrival times, and follow-ups to a phone call)
- Two-way conversational replies to messages you send to the Dialtone number
- Occasional photos or files (MMS) that you asked for or that relate to an ongoing conversation
The Program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
3. Consent
You receive messages only after you opt in verbally, in writing, or by texting START, as described on the program page. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.
4. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. ComplexTech, LLC does not charge for messages.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again by replying START.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message, email [email protected], or call 732-709-5180.
7. Carriers
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
